Polish manufacturer of 3D printers, the 3D Proto Company has accomplished an ambitious project of manufacturing a brand new and well-designed 3D printer for the SOHO/+ market.
Finding a local manufacturer who could provide the latest production processes for a rapid generation of ordered components for ongoing contracts without the prototyping stage. The next step would be devoted to reducing costs of storage.
3D Proto Company has been offered by YLIA the complete manufacturing process of structural components dedicated to the printer supplied in the quantities necessary to carry out orders, both at the stage of prototyping and series production. There are no third parties involved in the mediation.
Due to an agreement with YLIA the 3D Proto Company could significantly reduce manufacturing and transportation costs, and the size of the ordered elements; together with shortening the time of orders-completion, the quality of the product improves. Time to make adjustments to the technical design of the device decreased. It becomes almost immediately possible to verify the technical adjustments to operating devices. YLIA has become both a supplier and provider of manufacturing resources at the stage of prototyping. All that within just a few hundred kilometers from the design offices of the 3DProto.

Ikorol is a multifunctional anti-corrosion preparation of the latest generation. It was developed in the Laboratory of Technological Processes, faculty of chemistry, of Warsaw University of Technology. It was named the Product of the Year 2015 by the Polish Corrosion Society. Its graphic design has been recognized and appreciated by the most well-known and respected in the world graphic portal i.e. The Dieline, but above all it is the technology that after 10 years of research went through implementation of the company’s spin-off ikorol.
The company’s shareholders are the creators of the technology, the Institute for Applied Research on behalf of the Warsaw University of Technology and Ylia – a business partner responsible for the commercialization of the product. The development plans of the ikorol company focus on exporting products to world markets, as well as on transfer and commercialization of the technology on a wider scale. The Ylia company will deal with gaining new markets for products and the search for sources of funding that will facilitate building of a production plant.
